Does water in the gutter run over during heavy rainfall?

No. No Leaf Gutter Guard ™ contains a special coating that makes it non-absorbent, allowing large volumes of water to flow through freely. It can handle as much water as the gutter and down pipe is capable of handling.

Do I need to worry about small animals harming the No Leaf Gutter Guard™

No, the polyurethane foam creates a barrier to small animals preventing them from entering the gutter and more importantly entering your roof space.

Is it easy to install No Leaf Gutter Guard™ myself?

If I have hidden brackets, can I still use No Leaf Gutter Guard™

Yes. At each bracket slice the foam with a sharp knife to the depth of the bracket. The foam will part at this point and wrap around the bracket.

Can I only install No Leaf Gutter Guard to a section of my roof?

Yes. But you must make sure that you begin and end at either the end of a gutter run or at a down pipe. This is important as if you don’t follow these instructions and the open gutter has leaves in it the leave will bank up against the foam and prevent the free flowing water captured by the No Leaf Gutter Guard from escaping.

Will the harsh Australian Sun damage the foam.

No. No Leaf Gutter Guard™ has a special UV formulation that protects it from sun damage.

Why should I choose No Leaf Gutter Guard™ over the other products on the market?

Can high winds dislodge the No Leaf Gutter Guard™?

No. The 1000mm lengths of foam fit neatly into the Quad gutter and under the leading edge of the roof (Colourbond or tile) holding it in place.

What maintenance is required?

No Leaf Gutter Guard may require periodic maintenance dependant on the leaf & debris load on certain sections of your roof line.

 Most of the time, leaves and debris slide off the surface or just blow away. However, some instances, manual removal of debris located in areas where wind cannot blow them away may be necessary. It is recommended that homeowners remove any heavy build up of debris caught on top of the Gutter Guard. However, even when the top surface of the No Leaf Gutter wedge is covered in debris the water will still flow through the foam and run freely along the guttering.

Is It Suitable to harvest drinking water?

No Leaf Gutter Guard is treated with 3 coatings 

• UV Resistance
• Bio Guard
• Fire Retardant ( Meets USA Standards)

Due to these coatings it is not recommended that the water be harvested for human consumption. However it is quite suitable for watering the garden or for swimming pool top ups.
